Steel Challenge Basics*

Course will introduce participants to the Steel Challenge competition.

*Prerequisites

Students must know and be able to demonstrate, through out the course, safe firearm handling, basic shooting fundamentals and safe presentation and holstering of a firearm. Students who do not demonstrate safe firearm handling, basic shooting skills, safe presentation and holstering of a firearm will be ask to leave the course.

Participants must provide the following.

Personal firearm, eye and ear protection.

Outside the waist band rigid plastic, kydex or leather holster. Nylon holsters and molded holsters with finger button release will not be allowed.

Minimum of 200 rounds of ammunition. 200 rounds of ammunition will allow the participant to shoot 8 times, with no misses. Additional ammunition may be brought.
